The DISCSEEL Procedure treats most spine pathology because it identifies and treats disc Annular tears and fissures, which are the true and underlying cause of most spine issues, including disc herniations, bulges, degeneration, and radiculopathy. Spinal stenosis and facet hypertrophy trace true origins to annular tears and fissures.

Data published and pending publication was collected by the registry supported and endorsed by the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery. They reported statistically significant improvement (P > 0.05) in all outcomes measured, including pain, function, mental health, and quality of life, at 1-, 2-, and 3-years following treatment.

The DISCSEEL Procedure is the only Non-Surgical Medicine Procedure awarded patents, and this is because it meets all strict criteria of the US Patent Office, including the ability to grow new disc tissue.
