We appreciate your interest in the Discseel®Procedure, and for consideration to be trained and licensed to offer it to your patients.

 

The Discseel®Procedure treats most spine pathology, because it identifies and treats disc Annular tears and fissures, which are the true and underlying cause of most spine issues including disc herniations, bulges, degeneration, and radiculopathy. Even spinal stenosis and facet hypertrophy trace true origins to Annular tears and fissures.  

 

Data published and pending publication was collected by the registry supported and endorsed by the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery. They reported statistically significant improvement (p> 0.05) in all outcomes measured, including pain, function, mental health, and quality of life, at 1-, 2-, and 3-years following treatment. 

  

The Discseel®Procedure is the only Non-Surgical Medicine Procedure awarded patents, and this is because it meets all strict criteria of the US Patent office, including ability to grow new disc tissue. Physicians and patients benefit from this because this assures that all physicians providing the Discseel®Procedure are properly trained and licensed, unlike other non-surgical medicine procedures. Comparatively, stem cells or PRP are available anywhere, by anyone, irrespective of competency. In comparison, only select skilled and trained physicians may offer the Discseel®Procedure. Physicians don’t pay monthly subscription fees like some programs, but instead, only a licensing fee supporting research following each procedure.

Kevin Pauza, M.D.

Prior to attending Penn State University, Dr. Pauza earned his undergraduate degree from Lehigh University, and furthered his training with a Surgical and Medical Internship at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. He continued his specialty training at the University of Pennsylvania, followed by an Interventional Spine Fellowship. In addition to his research, philanthropic, and clinical endeavors, Dr. Pauza remains a motivated educator. He established a Spine Fellowship program and continues training physicians from around the world. He heads international committees responsible for establishing standards and educating surgical and non-surgical physicians.

After helping hundreds of patients who failed to experience relief after spine surgery, it became evident to Dr. Pauza that current methods needed to change. This motivated him to seek better ways to help patients, by thinking outside the box.

Janet Pearl, M.D. - The Boston Stem Cell Center

Dr. Janet Pearl has been in practice since 1999 and is the Medical Director of The Boston Stem Cell Center. Dmitry Buyanov, M.D. - IV Infusion Treatment Center

Dr. Buyanov is originally from Kiev, Ukraine. He received his training in Anesthesiology and his Interventional Pain Management Post-Doctoral at Penn State Medical Center, PA. Dr. Lundquist is the Medical Director and founder of Active Life Physical Medicine & Pain Center, Innovative Surgery Center, and Regena Spa. Michael Wolff, M.D. - Southwest Spine & Sports

Dr. Wolff has over 20 years experience in the evaluation and comprehensive treatment of spine, joint, and other musculoskeletal conditions. He completed a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation residency at The Ohio State University (‘96) after graduating from Georgetown Medical School (‘92). He completed an interventional spine and musculoskeletal fellowship (’97). He is the founder and medical director of Southwest Spine & Sports (‘99). He has a strong interest in education and research. In 2003, he established a fellowship and has been teaching other physicians for over fifteen years. He has been involved in clinical research, studying the benefits of biologics, and has spent the last ten years concentrating on regenerative medicine.
