Effective date: July 8, 2026
Discseel is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users of our websites, forms, and communications channels. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance status
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. WCAG defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. We are not yet fully conformant with every WCAG 2.1 AA success criterion, and we continue to remediate identified barriers on an ongoing basis.
Ongoing effort
We regularly review our websites, forms, and outbound communications — including phone and text-message outreach — to identify and remediate barriers. Our team monitors accessibility as part of standard site maintenance.
Automated calls, AI voice, and text messages — accommodation for deaf and hard-of-hearing users
Discseel and its affiliated providers use automated outreach, including AI-generated voice calls and SMS text messages, to respond to inquiries. If you are deaf, hard of hearing, or otherwise cannot use standard voice telephone service, you have the following alternatives:
- Telecommunications relay service. Dial 711 to reach us at (866) 695-6899 via your state’s relay service, including TTY, video relay, or IP relay.
- Email. Contact us at [email protected] and we will respond by email or another format you request.
- Opt out of automated outreach. Reply STOP to any text message, or tell our AI assistant that you need a human. A human team member will follow up.
Reporting accessibility barriers
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our website, forms, or communications, please let us know.

Third-party content and services
Some content on our website is provided by third parties (for example, embedded video, physician-locator services, and analytics providers). We select vendors that publish an accessibility commitment but do not directly control third-party accessibility. Please tell us if you encounter a third-party barrier and we will work with the vendor or provide an alternative.
Formal accessibility complaints
If you would like to file a formal accessibility complaint related to a public accommodation, you may contact the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, at ada.gov.
